It is not an aircraft kit but a set of accurately cast pilot seats complemented by photo-etched belts, which refines and enlivens the interior of the cockpit. The seats replace the simpler plastic parts from the kit.
The Nakajima Ki-43 Hayabusa (Allied code name Oscar) was a light and extraordinarily agile fighter of the Imperial Japanese Army Air Force in the Second World War. Its simple but clearly visible cockpit makes a detailed seat a striking visual element of a model.
Wash the resin parts in lukewarm soapy water, cut off the casting blocks and sand the surfaces with respiratory protection. The seats are glued with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue), and it is practical to shape the photo-etched belts slightly and attach them with cyanoacrylate glue as well. Paint the cockpit and the belts before the fuselage is closed up.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and the base kit are not included in the package.
