The AK Wet Palette from the manufacturer AK Interactive is a wet palette which keeps acrylic paints pliable and ready to use over long periods. Inside the closable container there is an absorbent sponge (a moisture-holding base) and on top of it a hydration paper (membrane), through which moisture reaches the paint without thinning or dissolving it. The paints therefore do not dry out and can be mixed and adjusted for hours.
Above all for figure painters and modelers working with acrylic paints who want to save paint, keep the consistency of their mixtures steady and extend the time for which the paint stays usable.
The aid is intended for use with water and acrylic paints. Keep the sponge and the paper clean, and after a longer break we recommend replacing the membrane so that mold does not form.
