AMMO WARGAMING UNIVERSE Book 09 - Foul Swamps is a printed modeling guide from the AMMO WARGAMING UNIVERSE line, devoted to swamp and wetland landscape. It is not a kit and not a set of materials.
Responsibility details are not available.
The ninth volume of the AMMO WARGAMING UNIVERSE guide line by AMMO of Mig Jimenez. It is a publication, not a kit and not a set of materials: you get the book on its own, and you buy the paints, water gels and scenic material separately. The line aims at wargaming, that is, at modelers who, besides figures, also build game terrain and bases.
The subject of the ninth volume is swamp and wetland - standing water, mud, algae and moss, rotting vegetation and trunks half sunk in sludge. Standing water is one of the hardest disciplines of scenic work: what decides is the color of the base under the surface, because a transparent layer adds no tone of its own, and equally the thickness of the poured layer and where the surface ripples. The AMMO WARGAMING UNIVERSE line takes one type of environment after another; the sibling volumes cover deserts, steppes, meadows or frozen landscape.
For wargamers building a wetland table, for diorama builders who need a water surface or mud, and for figure modelers working out bases with a pool. Experience with scenic gels comes in handy, but the book also works as a first introduction to the subject.
The publication comes out in the languages stated in the name: English, Castellano, Polski. The name does not state a Czech edition.
