Tamiya AS-29 Gray Green (IJN) is a synthetic spray lacquer from the Aircraft Spray (AS) range, intended for painting plastic aircraft models. The gray green (IJN) shade matches the finish of Imperial Japanese Navy aircraft of the Second World War period. The lacquer dries quickly, creates an even semi-gloss surface and is compatible with acrylic and enamel paints — so washes and weathering can be applied over a cured coat without worry. The package volume is 100 ml.

Use

• Shake the can thoroughly before use so that the paint is mixed.
• Spray from a distance of about 25-30 cm in several thin coats — thin coats prevent runs and preserve the detail.
• Apply onto clean, degreased plastic or onto a primer for better adhesion and richness of the shade.
• Let the lacquer dry between coats; full curing takes a short time.
• The shade is intended above all for models of Imperial Japanese Navy aircraft of the Second World War.
