Responsibility details are not available.
Golden Yellow is a saturated, warm yellow with a slight cast toward orange, that is, a tone that is meant to be seen from a distance and not to merge with its background. The entry BS 381C:356 refers to the British regulated color reference, in which the shade has the number 356. That makes it an unambiguously defined color, not a loose guess from a photograph: a number in the reference defines the shade bindingly and lets it be compared with the paints of other manufacturers.
A saturated yellow of this kind belongs in the British reference among the colors that are meant to catch the eye. On models you meet it where an area is to be conspicuous: on prominent stripes, on warning markings and on machines for which good visibility mattered more than camouflage. Check the particular machines and periods the shade was used on in the references for your model.
Shake the bottle well before work, in saturated yellows the pigment settles markedly. Choose thinner and thinning ratio according to the instructions given by the manufacturer on the packaging, that is, the thinner intended for this range. Count on the fact that yellow covers worst of all colors: a dark substrate will show through even after several coats. So spray a light base first, ideally white or light gray, and only then apply several thin coats over it. A single heavy coat fills the fine engraving and the surface loses its definition.
Thinner, brushes and spraying equipment are not part of the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
