The eleventh issue of the Damaged modeling magazine series, whose subtitle commits it to the wear and damage of equipment on models.
Responsibility details are not available.
Damaged is a numbered modeling magazine, and this item is its eleventh issue. Through its subtitle the series commits itself to wear and damage, that is, to the part of the work that turns a clean casting into a machine with a past. The individual issues come out separately and carry a serial number, so they can be bought and added one at a time.
What modelers usually want from a printed magazine is two things: visual reference and procedure. Photographs of finished work show how far wear can be taken for a model to still look believable, and where it is already too much. The procedures described then answer the question of what order the steps come in, because with surface work it is precisely the order that tends to be decisive. A magazine also has the advantage over a screen that it can be laid on the workbench next to a model in progress and come back to years later.
The publication suits modelers who want to move on from assembly and basic painting to work with the surface, and equally collectors of the series who are filling in the issues they are missing. Other issues of the same series have been published as well, so several of them can be obtained at once.
This is a printed publication. The model, paints and modeling materials are not part of the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
