Dark Chrome Yellow (ČSN 6400)

Mr.Paint Dark Chrome Yellow (CSN 6400)

Mr.Paint (MRP) Dark Chrome Yellow is a dark chrome yellow shade on a lacquer base matching the Czechoslovak standard CSN 6400. The paint is pre-thinned and ready for airbrushing straight from the bottle. The shade serves above all for painting the markings and colored details of Czechoslovak vehicles and aircraft, where a rich chrome yellow was used.

Use

• Applied exclusively with an airbrush, in thin coats
• A dark chrome yellow for the markings and details of Czechoslovak hardware (CSN 6400)
• The paint is pre-thinned — thinning is usually not needed, and it is sprayed over a primer
• A light base suits a rich yellow; it covers better in several thin coats
• For thinning, use the matching lacquer thinner of the same brand if needed

Who it is for

For modelers building Czechoslovak vehicles and aircraft who need a rich yellow shade faithful to the CSN standard for markings and details. Given the way it is applied, airbrush users will appreciate it most.

Lacquer bases are flammable and contain solvents. Apply it only with an airbrush in a well-ventilated area, away from open flame, and use a suitable respirator or respiratory protection. Keep out of the reach of children.
