This is not a kit but a modeling aid from the Master Tools range (Trumpeter). The decal tray makes work with classic wet (waterslide) decals easier. It consists of a tray with an inserted strainer and of an application tool. You pour water into the tray, soak the decal and thanks to the perforated bottom of the inner part you easily lift it out together with the water, without fishing small decals out with your fingers.
For modelers of all levels who want to make the application of decals clearer and quicker and to lower the risk of damaging small lettering. Useful above all on models with a large number of decals.
This is a modeling tool, not a model. Decals and a model are not included in the package.
