Injection-molded plastic kit of the British Land Rover 109 LWB off-road vehicle in 1:24 scale from the Italian manufacturer Italeri. The package contains plastic parts, rubber tires, decals and instructions. The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted.
The Land Rover came about shortly after the Second World War and became famous for its rugged construction and its all-wheel drive. The 109 version with the long wheel base has a longer wheelbase than the shorter 88-inch variant, which increases the load area and the interior space. The vehicle proved itself in civilian and military use all over the world.
Glue the parts with thin cement for plastic, fill and sand the joints before painting. It is a good idea to spray the body with a primer and an airbrush, and to leave the rubber tires unglued. Finish the details of the chassis and the interior by hand with a brush.
