A resin set of replacement wheels for a plastic kit of the Douglas A-4 Skyhawk carrier-borne attack aircraft in its late version, in 1:32 scale from Reskit. It is not an aircraft model but a detail accessory replacing the wheels from the original kit. The set is meant for A-4 Skyhawk kits in this scale. The cast wheels capture the tire tread and the hubs of the late production form faithfully and tend to be done weighted, that is with a realistically flattened contact patch.
Wash the mold release residue off the resin parts, cut the casting blocks off carefully and clean them up with respiratory protection. Bond with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Spray the tires dark gray, set the hubs apart in another color and bring the whole thing out with a wash and dust pigments.
This is not a model but a replacement accessory. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
