An injection-molded plastic kit of the Italian CV3/33 tankette (Fiat-Ansaldo L3) in the Serie II early production form, in 1:35 scale from Bronco. The model offers a well worked-out interior and engine, photo-etched parts and link and length track. The driver's and commander's hatches and the engine access covers can be built open, and the small turret with its twin machine guns is movable in elevation.
The Carro Veloce CV3/33, later designated L3/33, was an Italian tankette of the 1930s with a crew of two and light armor. It was armed with machine guns and was used by the Italian army before and during the Second World War on a number of fronts. Despite its small size and limited combat value it became one of the most typical Italian armored vehicles of its era.
Finish and paint the interior and the engine before you close the hull. The link and length track will call for patience: glue it with thin cement for plastic and the photo-etched parts with cyanoacrylate glue. Apply a primer and paint with an airbrush; Italian vehicles carry characteristic ocher and multi-color camouflage schemes. Bring out the engraving and the rivets with a wash and apply dust and mud to the running gear with pigments.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
