A detailed injection-molded plastic kit of the American armored off-road M1114 vehicle fitted with the XM153 CROWS II remotely controlled weapon station, in 1:35 scale. The set holds plastic as well as photo-etched parts and rich interior equipment. The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted.
The M1114 is a more heavily armored variant of the American HMMWV series of off-road vehicle, intended to give the crew greater protection. The CROWS II weapon station lets the operator aim and fire from the protected space inside the vehicle. Depending on the configuration, the real subject carries a heavy machine gun, a light machine gun or an automatic grenade launcher.
The set offers optional weapons for the turret, the gunner's station and a range of interior accessories. Glue the photo-etched parts with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). We recommend a base coat, an airbrush and weathering with washes and pigments for dust effects matching service in the field.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
