A detailed plastic kit of the German armored command car Sd.Kfz. 247 Ausf. A in 1:35 scale from Bronco. The plastic moldings are supplemented by fine details, a decal sheet and, depending on the release, photo-etched parts as well. It is a vehicle of a less common subject that collectors of German equipment of the Second World War will appreciate.
The Sd.Kfz. 247 was a light armored command car of the Wehrmacht. The Ausf. A version was based on a six-wheeled chassis and served with reconnaissance and command units to carry commanders and to provide communications. The vehicle had an open-topped superstructure and was built in small numbers only, which makes it an interesting subject.
Separate the tiny parts from the sprue gates carefully and glue them with liquid cement for plastic. Finish the running gear and the interior before closing up the hull. An airbrush and a primer suit the painting; washes and pigments for dust and mud effects will underline the character of the vehicle.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
