The Sd.Kfz.251 was the standard German medium half-track armored personnel carrier of the Second World War, used above all to carry and support armored infantry (Panzergrenadiere). The Ausf.C version stood out for its characteristic one-piece frontal armor plate and a reworked arrangement of the front of the vehicle. It served on every front and became a symbol of the German mechanized units.
First assemble and paint the interior of the hull and the running gear, which are hard to reach once the vehicle is closed up. Glue the parts with thin cement for plastic, and attach the photo-etched parts with cyanoacrylate glue. After spraying the primer and the base shade, bring out the detail with a wash and add dust and mud effects in pigment on the tracks, the wheels and the lower part of the hull.
