Eduard 1:350 HMS Queen Elizabeth 1943, part 5 is a photo-etched set focused on the deck and the main batteries of the plastic model of the British battleship Queen Elizabeth. It is not a kit but an accessory for a model.
Responsibility details are not available.
This set from the Czech maker Eduard holds stainless photo-etch focused on the deck and the main batteries of the plastic model of the British battleship Queen Elizabeth in her 1943 condition, in 1:350 scale. It is part of a larger series of photo-etched sets for this ship (part 5). It completes the fine features of the deck equipment and the gun turrets that injection-molded plastic cannot capture. It is not a ship model in itself; it is an accessory for the base kit.
HMS Queen Elizabeth was a British battleship of the class of the same name, one of the most important units of the Royal Navy. After modernization she carried main guns of 381 millimeter caliber in a set of turrets, and during the Second World War she served in the Mediterranean and in the Indian Ocean.
The photo-etched parts are separated with a sharp knife on a firm surface and are usually glued with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Make the bends along the etched score line. Degrease the parts before painting. The set refines the deck equipment and the details of the main-caliber gun turrets.
This is an add-on photo-etched set, not a kit. The plastic model, glue and paints are not included in the package.
