The Grumman A-6 Intruder is an American carrier-based attack aircraft for all-weather operations, with its crew seated side by side; it served the Navy and the Marine Corps from the 1960s. From its airframe came the EA-6 electronic warfare version, the Prowler, which jams enemy radars and communications. Both types share a strengthened carrier landing gear.
First wash the resin parts in warm soapy water to remove mold release residue or print resin residue. Separate the wheels from the casting blocks or from the print supports with a sharp knife, level the cuts with sandpaper and bond them with super glue (cyanoacrylate) - plastic cement does not hold on resin. Both the hub and the tire are easier to paint before final assembly; masking and a matte varnish help.
The set is supplied unassembled and unpainted as a resin accessory. It is not a model of the aircraft; glue and paints are not included in the package. Protect your airways when sanding resin.
