MASTER 1:48 Harrier GR.1 / T.2 / AV-8A / AV-8C pitot tube and angle of attack probe is a set of turned metal details. It is not a model but an accessory.
Responsibility details are not available.
The set contains a turned metal pitot tube and an angle of attack probe for models of the first generation Harrier in 1:48 scale. It is not an aircraft kit but replacement detail parts that take the place of the coarser plastic items. It is made by the Polish company MASTER, which specializes in turned metal barrels, pitots and probes for aircraft models.
The Harrier is a British vertical takeoff aircraft with vectored thrust nozzles. The GR.1 and GR.3 versions served with the Royal Air Force, the two-seat T.2 was the trainer, and the designations AV-8A and AV-8C were carried by machines of the US Navy and the US Marine Corps. A metal pitot tube and probe give the nose of a model a sharp and realistic detail.
Cut off the original plastic parts, drill a hole in what remains and glue the metal pieces in with cyanoacrylate. Degrease the metal before painting. The set is intended for more experienced modelers.
This is a metal detail accessory, not a model of an aircraft. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
