Omask 1:48 Mil Mi-24 — landing gear bay plugs (for Zvezda / Eduard) are shaped plugs of flexible foam that seal the landing gear bays of the helicopter while the model is being sprayed. It is not a kit — you have to have the Mi-24 model.

This product is not a kit and not a model of the helicopter — it is a modeling accessory. It contains shaped plugs made of flexible foam that fit exactly into the landing gear bays of the Mil Mi-24 model in 1:48 scale from Zvezda and Eduard. You have to have the kit itself; it is not included in the package.
Landing gear bays are painted and detailed first, because a deep cavity is hard to reach later. But when the whole machine is sprayed from the outside, paint flows into an uncovered bay and the work done there is wasted. Masking with tape and cotton is slow in a complex cavity and does not seal anyway. The plug is put into the bay, the model is sprayed and once it has dried the plug is taken out — quickly, tightly and repeatably. The plug also protects the bay during sanding and handling, so that no sanding dust gets into it.
A plug follows the shape of the bay of a particular kit. This set is intended for the 1:48 Mi-24 from Zvezda, or from Eduard. In a kit from another manufacturer it will not fit — the shape of the bay differs from kit to kit. Check that you have this very kit.
The Mil Mi-24 is a Soviet attack helicopter, unique in combining two roles at once: it is a heavily armored attack machine and at the same time a transport that carries troops in its fuselage. As a helicopter it has a different landing gear arrangement from an airplane — retractable wheels with their own bays in the fuselage and in the side sponsons. It is these cavities that the set deals with.
This is an accessory for a model, not a model. The kit, paints and glue are not included in the package.
