MASTER 1:48 SAAB 29 Tunnan pitot tubes is a set of turned metal pitot tubes for the Swedish jet aircraft. It is not a model but a detail accessory.
Responsibility details are not available.
The set contains turned metal pitot tubes for a model of the Swedish fighter SAAB 29 Tunnan in 1:48 scale. It is not an aircraft kit but a set of detail replacement parts with which you replace the more fragile and coarser plastic parts. The manufacturer is the Polish company MASTER, which specializes in turned metal barrels, pitot tubes and probes for aircraft models.
The SAAB 29 Tunnan was a Swedish jet fighter of the early 1950s with a rounded barrel-shaped nose, which earned it the nickname the flying barrel. It was one of the first European aircraft with a swept wing. An accurate metal pitot tube gives the model sharp and realistic detail on the nose or the wing.
Cut the original plastic parts off, drill a hole in the remainder and glue the metal pitot tubes in with cyanoacrylate. Degrease the metal before painting. The set is intended for more experienced modelers.
This is a metal detail accessory, not an aircraft model. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
