A resin detail set in 1:48 scale, not an aircraft kit. It replaces the plastic exhaust nozzles of the Russian heavy Su-30 fighter with accurate castings. This variant captures the so-called parking position of the nozzles, in which they hang down and are closed after the engines have been shut down.
The Su-30 is a twin-engine multi-role fighter with prominent circular nozzles. Their position differs depending on whether the engines are running; the parking position is typical of a machine standing on the ground and gives a model an authentic look.
Wash the mold release agent off the parts, cut off the casting blocks and glue them with cyanoacrylate glue; sand with your airways protected. Shade the nozzles with metallic paints and heat tints; bring out the individual petals and darken the interior for an impression of depth.
