The package is not an aircraft kit but a detail accessory. It holds wheels cast in resin, which replace the plastic wheels from the original kit on a model. The casting holds a crisp rendering of the tread and the hub all the way round and has no mold parting line, which on plastic wheels has to be sanded away in exactly the most sensitive spot. The Douglas A-1 Skyraider was an American single-engine piston attack aircraft with a great load capacity under the wings and long endurance over a battlefield. It served with the navy and other branches well into the jet era. The rugged landing gear carried a heavily loaded airframe, so the tires are among the prominent elements of the lower part of the model.
Wash the parts in lukewarm soapy water, cut the casting blocks off with a saw and sand the surface, protecting your airways while sanding resin. They are glued with cyanoacrylate. Lay down a primer before painting, spray the tires a dark gray rather than pure black, paint the hubs separately and mask off the boundary with tape. On an attack aircraft, heavier dusting and mud on the wheels also suit, suggesting operation from field strips.
The accessory is supplied as unpainted resin castings. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
