This 3D-printed resin detail set contains a faithfully rendered engine exhaust nozzle for models of the Lockheed Martin F-35 Lightning II fighter in the F-35A and F-35C versions in 1:72 scale. It replaces the simplified plastic part and captures the characteristic structure of the nozzle petals. It is an accessory, not an aircraft model.
The Lockheed Martin F-35 Lightning II is an American stealth multi-role fighter of the fifth generation. The F-35A version is intended for land bases and the F-35C for operation from aircraft carriers, with larger flying surfaces and strengthened landing gear. Both versions are powered by a single powerful turbojet.
Wash the print resin residue off the parts, cut them from the print supports and glue them with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Pick out the inside and the petals of the nozzle in metal and heat-burnt shades with a wash. Sand the thin edges carefully and with respiratory protection.
The set is supplied unassembled and unpainted. The glue, the paints and the model are not included in the package.
