This set is a detail accessory, not a standalone model. It contains two 3D-printed resin Kh-29T guided air-to-ground missiles with the AKU-58 ejector launcher in 1:72 scale. It serves as accurate external armament for a suitable plastic kit of a combat aircraft.
The Kh-29 (NATO code AS-14 Kedge) is a Soviet, and today Russian, heavy short-range guided air-to-ground missile with a powerful warhead against hardened targets. The Kh-29T version has a television seeker head. The missiles were carried by a number of combat aircraft of the Su and MiG families and were hung on the AKU-58 launcher.
In 1:72 scale the parts are small, so work carefully. Wash the 3D-printed resin parts to remove print resin residue, cut off the print supports and clean them up with respiratory protection. Bond with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Lay down a primer and paint with an airbrush according to period photographs.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and the base kit are not included in the package.
