The finish corresponds to machines from the Gorky production plant, which differ in cockpit detail from the Moscow version. According to the product name the target kit is the one from Eduard.

The real subject

The Mikoyan-Gurevich MiG-21MF is the single-seat version of the widespread Soviet supersonic delta-wing fighter, used by the air forces of the Eastern Bloc and by a number of export customers. The same version was built in several plants and individual batches differed in the layout and the finish of the cockpit instruments — which is what this variant reproduces faithfully.
