A finished colored photo-etch that in 1:72 scale replaces the plastic instrument panel in the cockpit of the Supermarine Spitfire Mk.V fighter. It is not an aircraft kit but a detailing accessory. The panel is laminated into a fine 3D relief with dial faces printed in color and is ready to be glued straight in.
It replaces the original plastic instrument panel from the kit and gives the cockpit a realistic look with no painting and no assembling of etched sandwiches.
The Supermarine Spitfire Mk.V was a British fighter of the Second World War with a Rolls-Royce Merlin 45 engine. It was one of the most widely produced versions of the Spitfire and was deployed on many fronts from Europe to the Mediterranean and the Pacific.
