1:72 Tools

Tool set 1:72 (Firma49)

A set of small hand and engineer tools in 1:72 scale for completing armored vehicles, trucks and smaller scenes. It is a separate accessory, not a kit. The parts are printed by SLA from modeling resin, which keeps crisp edges even in a tiny scale.

Use and tips

• Before taking the supports off, dip the parts briefly in hot water.
• Cut the print supports away carefully, as the parts are tiny, and clean the surfaces up with respiratory protection.
• Glue with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue).
• Set the metal parts and the wooden handles apart in color and add wear and rust for realism.

Who it is for

For builders of military and civilian dioramas in 1:72 scale who want faithful tool detail.

The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted; paints and glue are not included in the package.
