The box offers richly broken-up parts, a detailed interior and a base plate with a stretch of track set in a cobbled roadway; overhead line poles are included as well. It is a rewarding and unusual subject for dioramas.
The Series X trams were among the most widely used Soviet street cars. They were built from the end of the 1920s and served in many thousands in a number of Soviet cities until the war years, when their production stopped. They became a typical element of urban transport in the interwar and wartime era.
The model will suit a builder with experience of more intricate projects. Paint the body and the interior before you cover them up, and glue the glazing with glue for clear parts. The base plate with its cobbles and track can be finished with pigments and washes for the look of a worn city roadway; the overhead line can be added with wire of your own.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
