This is a filling primer (surfacer) in a spray can from the Japanese brand Mr. Hobby (GSI Creos). The binder is a lacquer (solvent-based) one; it is not a water-thinnable acrylic. The 170 ml spray can creates a thin, very fine layer with a texture corresponding to 1500 grit, which unifies the surface, reveals small flaws and ensures excellent adhesion of the paints that follow.
