Responsibility details are not available.
A set of 3D-printed resin figures of Russian Air Force technical personnel in winter uniform, in 1:72 scale, from Temp Models. They are not pilots but the people who look after the machine on the ground. It is not an aircraft model but figures that give a diorama its action and, above all, set the season.
Work at an airfield in winter is something quite different from summer. A technician wears a quilted jacket, trousers and a cap with flaps, so the silhouette of the figure is substantially bulkier than in overalls. Gloves make fine work difficult, though, which is why the crew often take them off even in a freeze. On a model, winter figures are rewarding precisely because they plant the scene in particular weather at once.
The parts are held only by the thin supports from the print. Cut them off with a sharp scalpel as close to the part as possible, sand the marks with fine abrasive paper and protect your airway while sanding. It is glued with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Lay a thin coat of primer under the paint. Winter clothing will take stronger shadows in the folds, because quilted fabric has a deep relief.
The figures are supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and the aircraft model are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
