A set of three sheets of very fine abrasive paper in grade P1200 from Tamiya. P1200 is finer than P1000, so it belongs at the very end of surface preparation and to final polishing. The paper can be used dry or wet and resists clogging. It is suitable for plastic, metal and wood.
For modelers who want a surface without the slightest groove. A higher number means a finer grit, which is why P1200 follows the coarser finishing papers and prepares a surface for polishing.
Sanding does not replace degreasing the parts. When working wet, wipe the slurry off and let the surface dry before painting.
