Forest Blend

A group of bushes where each one has a different color

Neighboring bushes never have a matching shade. One has lighter leaves, the second starts to yellow earlier, the third stands in shadow. The mixed version in a coarse form holds this variety right in one package, so a group of greenery looks varied even if a modeler builds it in a single afternoon and from a single bag.

A coarser grain and mixed shades

The bulky clumps hold their shape, they can be torn into pieces the size of the intended bush and once glued on they form a broken surface. Because differently colored particles are mixed in the package, even two neighboring pieces torn off one after the other differ from each other. Anyone who does not like a random distribution first sorts the content by shade and places the individual groups themselves. The area that the content will cover is stated as 353 cm². The real consumption depends on how tall the bushes made from the material are, because bulky growth takes more out of a package than low scrub.

Where a varied group finds a use

Best on transitions: between a wood and a meadow, along field boundaries, in unkept gardens and in places nobody has mown for a long time. In such parts several kinds of woody plants mix in nature and growth of one color would look like a hedge there. It is glued onto a layer of glue applied straight to the terrain, and with larger pieces a moment of pressure helps. Whatever does not catch once cured only has to be swept back into the package. The size of the models plays no role, and only how large a piece a modeler tears off and where they put it decides.
