A Hataka modeling paint from the Orange Line range, manufacturer's part number HTK-C095, a light blue-gray shade carried under the French name Gris Bleu Clair.
Responsibility details are not available.
The name Gris Bleu Clair is French and means light blue-gray. It is a cool, not very saturated tone that on a model reads neither as blue nor as pure gray but stays between the two. Shades of this kind were used on the undersurfaces of aircraft, where they were meant to dissolve the machine optically against the sky. Judge the final appearance of the shade by the color chart of the manufacturer and by the label; neither a verbal description nor a reproduction on a screen will replace it.
Stir the bottle thoroughly before work so that the pigment settled at the bottom is evenly dispersed. Use the thinner intended for this range and keep the thinning ratio and the method of application according to the instructions given by the manufacturer on the packaging. Light shades cover worse than dark ones, so count on several thin coats and on a primed substrate, otherwise the color of the plastic will show through the paint. Wash and degrease the surface of the model beforehand.
For modelers who need a light blue-gray for undersurfaces and want their shades matched within a single range. It also serves as a starting tone for later panel lightening and fine shading.
Thinner, brushes and airbrushes are not part of the delivery, unless stated otherwise. The volume of the package is given on the packaging.
