This flexible (vinyl) masking tape from Hobby 2000 is intended for creating curved paint transitions that straight paper tape cannot manage. The material can be stretched slightly as it is applied, so it follows arcs, wavy lines and soft camouflage boundaries without lifting or folding. The tape is 4 mm wide and the roll is 18 m long.
For modelers who spray multicolor camouflage and want clean curved edges with no steps and no creeping. It suits an airbrush and spray cans alike.
Press the edge of the tape down carefully before applying paint. On a delicate finish, first lift the tape off another surface so that it loses some of its tack and does not damage the base.
