Paper for a palette for acrylic paints. Paint is laid out and mixed on it, and after work the sheet is changed so that the palette stays clean.
Responsibility details are not available.
The paper goes into a palette and forms the working surface on which acrylic paint is laid out, thinned and mixed. The advantage is simple: once the work is finished, the used sheet is thrown away and the palette stays clean, so there is no scraping of dried residue and no soaking in warm water. At the same time you can have a sheet of your own for every shade or for every stage of painting and not mix tones by accident.
Lay the sheet into the palette so that it sits against the bottom and does not wrinkle. Dose the paint in drops near the edge and mix toward the middle, where there is room for the intermediate shades. Acrylic paint dries fairly quickly on an open surface, so mix only as much as you will use in a short while and keep the bottle closed in the meantime. The size of the sheets, how many there are and the recommended procedure are stated by the manufacturer on the packaging.
Prepare the intermediate shades in a row side by side, from the base to the lightest tone; when painting figures or panels you then simply move along the surface and need not look for the shade again. Wipe the brush on the edge of the sheet, not in the middle of it. As soon as dried specks start to appear in the paint, change the sheet, because otherwise they get onto the model and the surface stays grainy.
The palette, paints, thinner and brushes are not included in the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
