PS22 Racing Green Spray

Tamiya PS-22 Racing Green Spray (100 ml)

An aerosol lacquer spray of the PS range for the polycarbonate (Lexan) bodies of RC models. A rich, opaque racing green in the style of the classic racing colors. The finish is flexible, it does not crack on a flexible Lexan body, and it dries quickly.

Use

• It is applied from the back (inner) side of a clear body, so the plastic protects the glossy surface.
• It is a well covering solid color and will do even without a base coat, but backing the inside up with a final black or white layer is still recommended.
• Spray in thin, even coats from a distance.
• Let the previous coats dry well before masking.

Who it is for

For modelers of RC cars who want a clean racing green, and also for areas of other models where a rich, even shade is wanted.

The PS range is developed for polycarbonate and Lexan. Apply it to ordinary polystyrene with care, because lacquer chemistry can attack thin plastic; test on an offcut first. Flammable, use it with good ventilation away from sources of fire.
