A model paint from the 3rd Generation Acrylics AIR range intended for aircraft models. It is a water-thinnable acrylic in a 17 ml dropper bottle. The shade is a light, slightly blue-tinged neutral gray that the Royal Air Force used on undersurfaces and in gray camouflage. The paint sprays like a lacquer but is thinned exclusively with water or with acrylic thinner, and it is non-toxic and not flammable.
Sky Grey is among the light identification and underside shades of the Royal Air Force. It was applied on the undersides of some types and in gray schemes where an unobtrusive, cool background was needed. For the modeler it is a practical basic light gray for British machines of the Second World War and later.
