Plastruct Rectangular Strip 0.5 x 2.5 mm (length 250 mm)

A precisely extruded plastic (polystyrene) profile of rectangular section 0.5 x 2.5 mm and 250 mm long. It is not a kit but a modeling material for your own work (scratch-building) and for adding detail. Flat white polystyrene cuts, sands and glues easily.

Use

Flat strips, bands, borders and covers over gaps on models and mock-ups.
Making your own parts and replacing missing detail.
Work in model railroading, architecture and on plastic models.

Usage tips

Cut with a sharp modeling blade and level the ends with abrasive paper. Glue with liquid cement for polystyrene, which welds the surface of the joint. Lay down a primer before painting for even coverage.
