AK Interactive Trains Weathering Set Vol 1

The first volume of the AK Interactive range of enamel weathering sets aimed at railroad models. It contains ready-made liquid solvent-based effects - typically running grime, rust streaks and a wash - intended to dirty down and age the bodies of locomotives and cars realistically. It is applied with a brush and thinned with mineral spirits. It is not a kit.

Use

• A wash and running effects bring out the panels, rivets and pressings of railroad vehicles.
• Rust streaks simulate corrosion running down the panels and around the fittings.
• Applied with a brush onto a flat, dry finish; the excess is blended out with mineral spirits.
• Suitable for models of locomotives and of freight and passenger cars in the usual scales.

For modelers of railroad vehicles who want to give them realistic service weathering. Suitable for beginners and experienced modelers alike.
