Flyhawk Weld Lines Paint Mask 1.0 mm

A set of precisely cut self-adhesive masks for suggesting weld seams on the hull and the superstructures of a ship model. The line width of 1.0 mm corresponds to finer welds; after spraying, the welded joints between the plates are left suggested on the surface. The sheet measures approximately 95 x 120 mm.

Use

First spray the surface with the base color and let it dry.
Transfer the mask without stretching it, press it down and burnish the edges with a pointed wooden stick.
Spray over it with the shade for accentuating the weld and then carefully lift the mask off.
Suitable for an airbrush as well as for a fine brush.

For ship modelers who want to suggest the welded construction of a hull realistically without the labor of drawing by hand.

This is a masking aid, not a paint and not a model. Paints are not included in the package.
