About product

Tamiya XF-71 Cockpit Green (IJN) 10 ml

A Tamiya acrylic modeling paint in the Cockpit Green (IJN) shade with a volume of 10 ml. It is the characteristic green used in the interiors and cockpits of the aircraft of the Imperial Japanese Navy (IJN). The XF designation means a matte (flat) finish without sheen. The paint is water-thinnable, covers well, flows smoothly and mixes easily; it is applied with a brush or an airbrush.

Use

  • Painting the cockpits and interiors of Japanese naval aircraft (for example Zero fighters)
  • Interior surfaces, instrument panels and cabins of IJN aircraft models
  • Suitable for plastic models, and also for resin, wood and other common materials
  • Brush application and airbrush spraying once thinned with acrylic thinner
  • A matte surface as a base for washes and accentuating details

Who it is for

For modelers of Imperial Japanese Navy aircraft who want a faithful interior shade; suitable for beginners and advanced builders alike.

Use the paint in a well-ventilated area and keep it out of the reach of children. Close the bottle well after use so that the paint does not dry out.
