Responsibility details are not available.
A concept handbook from the Zoukei-Mura Concept Note series, devoted to the carrier-based Douglas A-1H Skyraider ground-attack aircraft. The book links an account of the real aircraft with the course of a build, where the individual construction steps illustrate the engineering solutions of the real machine - from the cockpit through the armor to the details of the airframe. It is a publication, not a kit. The text is in Japanese and English and the book is in full color. The Douglas A-1H Skyraider was a piston-engined carrier attack aircraft famous for the long time it could stay over the battlefield and for the heavy load of bombs and rockets it could carry.
For aircraft modelers building a large A-1H Skyraider model and for anyone interested in this iconic ground-attack aircraft who will appreciate the combination of the real subject and building methods. The book serves as a guide to the build and as a source of information about the real aircraft during superdetailing and painting.
