Aber 1:16 photo-etched exhaust covers for the Tiger I, Ausf.E, early and late version refine the protective covers of the exhaust pipes on the rear plate of the hull.
Responsibility details are not available.
A detail set in photo-etched metal from Aber in 1:16 scale with the protective covers of the exhaust pipes of the German Tiger I, Ausf.E heavy tank. The parts cover both the early and the late version. It is not a tank model but a metal accessory replacing the coarser plastic covers of a base kit.
The exhaust covers on the rear plate of the hull are a prominent element in view. Fine photo-etched metal catches their thin sheet and the perforation better than injection-molded plastic and allows truer heat discoloration and rust.
Separate the parts with a blade, form the bends on a bending tool and glue them with cyanoacrylate glue. On the heat-stressed areas use a primer, shades of rust and fine pigments.
This is a photo-etched detail set, not a tank model. The base kit, paints and glue are not included in the package.
