This product from the Japanese manufacturer Aoshima is not a kit but a modeling material. It is a fine flock powder (tiny textile fibers) in the soft pink baby pink shade. Once applied onto glue it creates a velvety flat texture on the surface, which imitates the trimming and plush surface of the interior of a scale car model.
It will be appreciated by modelers who want to give an interior a realistic texture. Coat the surface with glue first, then scatter the powder over it evenly, let it dry and tap the excess off gently. Work in a dust-free area and do not inhale the fibers.
