An injection-molded plastic kit of the legendary sports coupe Nissan Fairlady 240Z (the S30 series) in the racing-tuned Full Works version, in 1:24 scale from the Japanese manufacturer Fujimi. The parts are usually molded in black, white, chrome-plated and clear plastic, and engine detail, fender flares, racing wheels, rubber tires and decals are included. The model is assembled and painted.
The Nissan Fairlady 240Z (the Datsun 240Z on the export markets) is an icon of the turn of the 1960s and 1970s - an elegant coupe with an inline six-cylinder engine and rear-wheel drive that made Japanese sports cars famous around the world. The Full Works version refers to the wide racing body with fender flares and aerodynamic features.
Because of the engine detail and the need to fit the racing parts, the build is more demanding and suits more experienced modelers. The hood is usually molded together with the body, so for an open version it has to be cut out. Paint the engine in detail and bring it out with washes, and give the body a gloss clear coat.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
