A plastic kit of the Subaru Legacy station wagon of 1993 in 1:24 scale from the Japanese maker Aoshima, one of the leading specialists in models of Japanese automobiles. The Legacy in the station wagon version is one of those cars that defined the image of the marque - a practical body combined with engineering derived from the sporting sedans.
Ever since its introduction the Subaru Legacy built its reputation on the characteristic combination of a flat-four boxer engine and permanent all-wheel drive. The roomy station wagon became a popular family car in Japan, Europe and overseas and helped the marque lay the foundation of the later fame of its sporting models. The 1993 version represents the era when the Japanese carmakers set the tone with their reliability and their engineering alike.
After cleaning the body, spray it over a base coat in several thin layers and let it dry out well; a final clear coat and gentle polishing will support the gloss. Paint the window frames and the trim strips with the help of masking tape and treat the chassis and the interior in matte and satin shades. Glue the clear parts with a cement that leaves no marks - ideally a cement for clear parts.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
