This is a turned metal detail set from the Polish maker Aber, not a model in itself. It contains miniature tire valves in 1:24 scale. A small but conspicuous detail that is commonly missing on the wheels and that markedly raises the fidelity of a model.
The metal valves are fitted into the rim at the edge of the tire. The accurate turned version looks far more realistic than a plastic bump suggesting one.
Pre-drill a fine hole in the rim and glue the valve in with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Degrease the metal; the valves are worth leaving in a metallic shade or blackening.
This is a detail accessory, not a model of a car. The base model, glue and paints are not included in the package.
