Decals in 1:35 scale intended for models of M2 half-track vehicles in a North African setting. They add the national insignia, numbers and other markings to a model, that is, the features that cannot be replaced with paint on a finished vehicle and that decide how the model comes across.
First check in the instructions whether it is a self-adhesive form or a dry transfer. A self-adhesive film that has been soaked is ruined for good, whereas a waterslide decal can be soaked at any time later. With ordinary decal sheets you go the wet route: cut the item out, dip it in water for a few seconds, let it rest on a paper towel and once it has released, slide it off the backing into place. Work one item at a time, as they are then easier to line up on the model.
What decides is the preparation of the surface and patience, not speed. The following procedure applies to waterslide decals.
The package contains the decal sheet. The model, paints, varnish and softener are not part of it, unless stated otherwise.
