Six castings of the German ten-liter field water can in 1:35 scale. A portable size that stands up to the company of a figure.
Responsibility details are not available.
The ten-liter can is the middle link in the German series of field water cans. Against the eighteen-liter one it can be carried by a single person, and in the field it appeared where water was carried by hand from a vehicle to a post.
The package carries six castings, the same number as the larger variant. The choice between them is therefore not about quantity but about what the view is meant to say. The smaller can works at a human measure: beside a figure it looks convincing, it can be set on the ground, leaned against a wall or hung on a hook. A bulkier piece, by contrast, belongs on a truck bed and among a lashed load.
Anyone building a view with figures usually reaches for the ten-liter one. Anyone building a vehicle needs the larger ones instead. The best result comes from both together, because units really did carry several sizes at once and a uniform heap of cans looks artificial.
Before painting, consider whether you will really use all six pieces. Two or three pieces in a view are usually enough; the rest stays in reserve for the next build, and that makes the package worthwhile for anyone who builds in stages.
It is also worth noting that the variants of this water-can series differ only in the size of the real subject, not in the number of pieces. What you choose between is therefore the shape, and you decide purely by the scene. That makes planning easy, because the contents stay the same whichever size you reach for.
