1:35 ON THE HUNT 1944

About the item

Figures for 1:35 scale under the designation ON THE HUNT 1944. The 1:35 scale is the most common one for models of military vehicles, so the figures will suit a tank under construction, an armored vehicle, and workshop and terrain accessories of the same size.

Building the scene

Before you glue the figures down for good, set them out dry and look at the scene from the viewer's eye level. Figures turned into the scene keep the gaze inside the view, whereas figures looking out of it break it up. It also pays to watch that two figures do not overlap from the main viewpoint.

• 1:35 scale, the standard for models of military vehicles
• the subject the supplier lists as ON THE HUNT 1944
• suitable for a diorama, a vignette and a base of its own
• the number of figures and their assembly is given in the manufacturer's instructions
• supplied unpainted; paints and glue are not included

Preparation and painting

Cut the excess material away with a sharp blade a little way from the part and sand the face down. Wash and degrease the figures before painting. Then lay down a primer coat and build the shades in thin coats; you will pull the uniform and the kit together at the end by lifting the edges lightly and darkening the folds.
