The model captures the fighting wagon of an armored train with rotating turrets and gun and machine gun armament. The set contains parts for the superstructure, the running gear, the armament and a section of track for display. Check the exact contents against the enclosed instructions.
The PL-37 wagon was the standardized light gun car of Soviet armored trains from the first years of the Second World War. It carried field guns in rotating turrets and several machine guns to protect the locomotive and the train with its troops and equipment. Armored trains supplemented railway defense and support in the early period of the war on the Eastern Front.
Glue the small parts of the railings, grab handles and armament carefully with super glue. The turrets can usually be assembled so that they turn. A primer base and spraying with an airbrush work well; the enclosed section of track makes a striking display base. Suggest rust, dust and grease with washes and pigments.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
